Bob Osola's Web Corner

This my motley collection of stuff. What's here:
- Rides: Hampshire (and other) mountain bike rides you can download or view in Ordnance Survey, Google, and French IGN maps.
- View GPX: view your own GPX track files in OS, OpenStreetMap, IGN or Google maps.
- Elevation code: PHP & Rust code for obtaining Ordnance Survey Terrain 50 elevation data for Great Britain.
- Photos: our collection of family photos. The photos need a user name and password of guest and guest to keep bots out.
- Blog: mainly hot air.
I also have a sister site: https://solentmaps.uk. Go there to find your current location in Great Britain or look up any place name or postcode and view it on a variety of historic maps. We also have lots of videos on YouTube.
This is an old-fashioned website like Grandma used to make. It's been up in various incarnations since 2004. That means there's no ads and no intrusive cookie warnings. However some pages do use temporary local storage features: more details here. These days it's running on a little Debian server wandering around somewhere in the cloud—like Wordsworth, but without the daffodils.
