This my motley collection of stuff. What's here:

• Photos: our collection of family photos. The photos need a user name and password of guest and guest to keep bots out.
• Rides: Hampshire (and other) mountain bike rides you can download or view in Ordnance Survey, Google, and French IGN maps.
• View GPX: upload your own GPX track files from British or French hikes and rides and view them in OS, Google, or IGN maps.
• Elevation code: PHP & Rust code for obtaining UK Ordnance Survey Terrain 50 elevation data.
• Blog: mainly hot air.

I also have a sister site: https://solentmaps.uk. You can find your current UK location there or look up any place name or postcode in the UK and view it on a variety of maps old and new. We also have lots of videos on YouTube.

This is an old-fashioned website like Grandma used to make. That means there's no ads and no intrusive cookie warnings. However, some pages may use temporary local storage features—more details.

This site has been running since 2004. These days it's running on a little Debian server wandering around somewhere in the cloud—like Wordsworth, but without the daffodils.
